Ally Zlatar, an accomplished artist, scholar, and activist, has harnessed the power of art to champion climate activism and address the profound personal impact of climate change. Her journey began as a survivor of an eating disorder who, while relying on pharmaceuticals for recovery, was struck by the environmental cost of the pharmaceutical industry’s waste. Through art activism, Ally ignited change by using her art and voice to engage in dialogues with leading pharmaceutical companies, urging them to adopt sustainable practices.
